These SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Consent ("SMS Terms") describe the text messaging program offered by HomeView Lending ("HomeView Lending," "we," "us," or "our"), an independent mortgage team led by David Herrera, Mortgage Loan Officer, NMLS #2311843, operating under our sponsoring brokerage, America's Best Lending (Company NMLS #1936058).
Our text messages are sent through our messaging platform, GoHighLevel, and our program is registered under the A2P 10DLC framework used by U.S. wireless carriers for application-to-person business messaging.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — for example, by checking a consent box on our website form or otherwise expressly agreeing to receive text messages — you agree to these SMS Terms.
If you opt in, you may receive non-marketing and marketing text messages related to your mortgage inquiry, which may include:
a. Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations;
b. Follow-up messages about the inquiry or pre-screening request you submitted;
c. Requests for information needed to evaluate your inquiry or potential loan;
d. Responses to questions you send us by text; and
e. Other messages relating to the mortgage products and services you contacted us about.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or of receiving any service from HomeView Lending. You can still submit an inquiry, speak with us, and pursue a mortgage without agreeing to receive text messages. If you choose not to receive texts, we will contact you by other means, such as phone or email.
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us — for example, how far along your inquiry is, the stage your potential loan may be in, and whether you have appointments scheduled. You may receive recurring messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges for text messages are billed by, and payable to, your mobile carrier under your wireless plan. HomeView Lending does not charge you for receiving or sending these messages. Please contact your carrier if you have questions about your plan or charges.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message, and you will not receive further texts from that program unless you opt in again.
You may also opt out or change your contact preferences by contacting us using the information in Section 11.
If you need help or have questions about the SMS program, reply HELP to any of our text messages, or contact us using the information in Section 11. Replying HELP will return contact information for support.
The SMS program may be available through major U.S. wireless carriers and certain other carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or delivered on time. Carrier participation and support may change without notice.
We do not share your mobile opt-in information or your consent to receive text messages with any third party for that third party's own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent data are used only to operate this SMS program.
We may share your information with service providers that help us deliver the messages — for example, LeadConnector, our messaging platform — solely so they can provide that service to us. Any other use and sharing of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Your privacy matters to us. Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information, including the phone number you provide, is described in our Privacy Policy, available at THIS LINK. Please review it to understand how we handle your information.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and post the updated SMS Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by law and by carrier requirements. Your continued participation in the SMS program after an update means you accept the revised SMS Terms.
